Ingredients

Donuts (not fried)
1/2 cupicing sugar
1/2 cupnormal sugar
1/2 cuppowdered milk

You first need donuts that are not fried.

Mix icing sugar, normal sugar and powder milk in a bowl and keep aside.

Once you fry your donuts, use a spoon and pick it off from the frying fan and put it directly inside the sugar bowl. Make sure all the donut is covered with the mixture. Do theasame till you finish the whole donuts. Allow to cool
