Steps

First soak the urad dal for 1 hour. Then in a mixer grinder grind it as smooth dough along with salt and chilli

In a pan add cooking oil and drop the urad dal batter as small vadai and fry it till it becomes golden brown.

IN another pan add the curd and salt. Add coriander leaves.

Once the vadai is ready dip the vadai in hot water for a minute and then dip it in the curd. Then only vadai will be very soft.

Thus ready to taste.
