Cheese Corn Balls
A very easy vegetarian appetiser
Steps

Take the boiled and grated potatoes in a mixing bowl. Add corn kernels to it.

Now add the salt, black pepper powder as per taste. Add in the mixed herbs too.

Add around 3-4 tbsp of bread crumbs and make a dough.

You will have to add more bread crumbs if the potatoes are sticky or watery.

The dough has to be tight so that it does not crumble while deep frying.

Cut the cheese cubes into 4 pieces.

Now divide the dough into equal portions.

Roll out eat portion into a ball and stuff a piece of cheese into it. Seal carefully.

Take some breadcrumbs into a plate and roll the balls into the bread crumbs.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a heavy bottom pan for deep frying.

Add 2-3 balls at once for deep frying.

Deep fry at a medium heat so that the cheese melts and the balls turn golden brown in colour.

Take them out on a tissue paper to absorb excess oil.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any dip of your liking.
