Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cupmilk
  2. 4 1/2 slicesbread
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspgrated onion or 1/4 tsp onion powder
  5. 1/2 lbground beef (browned)
  6. 1/4-1/2 lbmozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place 4 slices of bread in broiler until one side is toasted

  2. 2

    Mix remaining ingredients together

  3. 3

    Spread mixture on other side of bread

  4. 4

    Broil until top of cheese is slightly browned
