Cut the avocados 🥑 in half and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Place it in the blender. Set aside.

Add the sour cream and milk 🥛 to the blender with the avocado 🥑 (this makes it easier to blend and creamier). Blend everything until well mixed and smooth.

Note: Avocado 🥑 pits help prevent the mixture from turning dark quickly. If you like, you can leave them in.
