Gring the soaked dal chawal to make a fine paste

In a mixing bowl mix bater, baking soda, baking powder, salt, well to make it floppy

Take a heavy base kadhai on gas por some oil, add the bater to it cover up with Al a lid.. On a slow flame

Check after 15 mins.... If it done from Lowe side turn it for another 10 to 15 mins

Check with a knife if it is clear... Our rice cake is ready

Serve with liquid jaggery
