Knead it with the help of milk.

Cursh the peanuts.

In a grinder,grind 10 pieces of bread.

Grind to make powder of it.

Take a bowl, add bread crumbs with salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, coriander leaves,chat masala& mix well,

Now add mashed paneer.

Mix well& add crushed peanuts.

Make a smooth dough.

In a bowl,add 2 cup of bread crumb. In another bowl put 4 tbsp of cornflour &make a smooth paste with the help of water.

Make round,oval or any shape of Ur choice cutlets from the dough ।

First dip one by one in cornflour paste।

Then in breadcrumbs.

Do this process with all the cutlets.

Heat the oil in Karachi& deep fry all cutlets.

Fry till they become golden.Take them out in a plate.

Serve hot with curdpeanut chutney.
