Ingredients

  • 220 gbutter
  • 500 gdark choclate compound
  • 200 gsugar
  • 2 tspvanilla essence
  • 4large eggs
  • 150 gflour
  • 40 gcocoa powder
  • Choc coins & almond flakes for garnish (optional)
  • Other equipment
  • 12in tin or 2x8in tin
  • Parchment paper

Steps

  1. 1

    Melt butter and add choc compound. Mix well and let cool.

  2. 2

    Beat egg, sugar and vanilla.

  3. 3

    Add flour and cocoa powder.

  4. 4

    Mix in cooled butter and chocolate mixture.

  5. 5

    Pour mixture into tim lined with parchment paper. Put garniah on top.

  6. 6

    Bake in 180 DegC preheated oven for 15-20 min.
