Basically Maida (all purposeflour)is used to prepare the momoz dough

Heat pan put oil and add ginger garlik paste and saute

Add mix veggies and saute for 10 mints add salt

Now add soy sause and chilli sause and blackpaper powder ready for filling keep aside

Now make small balls frm the dough roll out with plam add filling in circle

Now make shape for momoz all beginning one end of the circle gather the edge for pleats

Now put pan to steam the momoz steam for 15 mints and serve with chutney

Now for chutney we heat pan and boil water place chilles and tomato together and after cook we grind in mixer
