In a mixing bawl take maida.

Add salt. Baking powder baking soda oil curd sugar. Mix everything well.

Add water in small quantities and make a dough.

Cover it and let it rest for 1 hr

Make out small balls from dough.

Make a groove fill potato mixture close it roll and apply water on a side sprinkle coriander leaves/ Kasturi methi. Cook it without oil in a nonstick pan or in oven. Apply butter after cooking
