2 cupsboiled rice
100 gramscottage cheese cut in cubes
1 cuponion chopped lengthwise
4 spoonsrefined oil
3/4 spoonsalt
4green chillies slit lengthwise
2 spoonsvinegar
2 spoonasoya sauce
1 spoonchilli sauce
1/2 spoonblack pepper powder

Heat oil in a wok

Add cottage cheese and saute for 2 minutes

Saute chilli and onion until it turns golden on high flame

Mix rice

Add both sauce,vinegar,salt,black pepper and mix well for 3-4 minutes

Serve hot
