Stir the Maida and make dough of it with mixing oil, baking powder, salt and ajwain but make the dough with little warm water.

Then, make small balls of it and roll them in the shape of puri. Fold the puri tow times and make tiny holes using fork in it.

Then, deep fry the papdi in oil. After this take dahi, salt, red chilli, onion, fry jeera, green chutney and meethi chutney and put it on the papdi.

Now, your papdi chat is ready. Serve it with dahi.
