Steps

Boil the water,add butter & salt.

Add maida whisk it thoroughly till it forms a soft dough.

Remove it from the flame & beat it electric whisk.

While the dough is still warm,add lightly beaten eggs one by one.

Beaten till mixture is smooth.

Now fill prepared batter into piping bag with plan nozzle.

Pipe Small profiteroles in a greased baking trays.

Brush the profiteroles with egg wash.

Keep it in preheated oven at 220*c for 20 miniute.

Now reduce the temperature 160*c & allow it to dry out in the oven at this temperature for 5 miniutes.

Remove it from the oven,let it be cool.

Pierce a hole from back or side the profiteroles & fill them with the whipped cream.

Now a sweet dish is ready to eat.
