Take a deep pan add ghee, when ghee melt add wheat flour.

Stir around 1 and half hour.

When colour change and sweet smell is coming.

Off the gas and add crushed khoya and mix it well.and add all dryfruits

When khoya mixed and take a rest to this mixture because if we add sugar in hot mixture, the sugar left the water.

When the mixture is cool then add sugar and mix well with your hands or a spoon.

Now make laddus. Your khoya laddu is ready.
