  • Leftover vegetable (any)
  • 1onion (finely chopped)
  • 1Green chilli (chopped)
  • As neededWheat flour (according to vegetable)
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspBlack salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 pinchAmchur

Steps

  1. 1

    Put leftover vegetable in mixer grinder jar and make smooth paste

    Take out paste in plate now put all ingredients in paste and mix well

    Now put flour and make soft dough

    Now make roti put on tawa fry with oil or ghee according to your choice
