First in a blender or greater, blend your tomato, onions and attaruhu, keep it a side

Add oil in a pot, pour the tomato, onions and attaruhu, fry it for some time,

Add water in side, and allow it to boil, while you're waiting, cut d yam in to small pieces, add your spices and seasoning in side the water and cover the pot, when the water boiled add the yam, and leave it for 30minutes to cooked, after 30minutes add your spinach and cover the pot for about 5minutes

Finally your yam porridge is cooked, save and it
