Egg in a hole sandwich

Using a round cookie cutter make a hole at the centre of each bread slice.in a non stick pan add little oil.allow to get hot.in a bowl crack the eggs,add stock cube,pinch of salt and chopped onions and whisk.

Place one bread slice on the pan and pour the beaten egg in the bread hole until it's full.cook on low heat until it's lightly browned and then flip over to cook the other side.repeat process with the remaining slices.

Using a sharp knife divide each slice into a triangle shape and serve while still hot with black tea. Enjoy
