Ingredients

15 minutes only
1 serving
  • Left over chicken
  • Cooking oil
  • 1/2onion
  • 1/2tomato
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1/4 spoonRoyco
  • 1/2 spoonCurry powder
  • Salt
  • Soya sauce
  • Spaghetti
  • 1and half cup of Water

Steps

15 minutes only
  1. 1

    Add cooking oil and your already chopped onions and garlic onto your pan and allow it to cook till golden brown. On another burner place the water and salt on your sufuria and allow it to boil.

    Add tomatoes and salt to your pan and allow it to cook till the tomatoes are flat. On your other burner check if the water has boiled enough then add your spaghetti and allow it cook till the water is all drained.

    In your sauce add royco and curry powder and stir it for a minute.Add 1/2 a cup of water and allow it to cook. On the side chop up your chicken in straight line and leave out the bones.

    Once chopped mix it your sauce and stir.At this time your boiled spaghetti would ready. Take the boiled spaghetti and mix it with the chicken stir for 2 minutes for all the inredients to marry each other. (I wanted all the excess soup to be drained but you can definitely have your soup with so that its not dry.?

  5. 5

    Once done have a zig zag drop of soya sauce and stir it well then plate it. I added corriender just to add a little bit of color to the dish.
