Mix a soft dough using flour, corn flour, salt, yeast, warm milk and sugar, cover and let it rise for an hour

Make a pizza sauce using tomato paste / ketchup, 2tbsp sugar, 1/4tsp salt, chilli sauce, spices and little seasonings, 1/2 cup water, cook and bring to boil until thick.

Deflate and roll out dough about 1 inch thick in a rectangular shape, spread the pizza sauce, add the chicken chunks, top with the grated cheese and bake in a pre heat oven for 10mins. Serve warm.
