Wash,cut and fry your fish with palm oil. Then add your blended kayan miya and fry

Add in some water and bring to a boil. Add in the diced,washed pieces of yam

Add in your seasoning as soon as it start boiling.
Check after 30mins if the yam is cooked. Adjust seasoning and mash. - 4
Lastly add in your onions and scallions and steam for few seconds.

Your yam porridge is ready to be serve
