Ingredients

  1. 500 gchicken
  2. 1/4 tspDhana jeera powder
  3. 1/4 tspcinnamon powder
  4. 1 pinchblack pepper
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1 tspgarlic ginger paste
  7. Red chilli powder (optional)
  8. 2 tbsplemon juice
  9. 1 pinchred food colour
  10. 3 tbspButtermilk
  11. 5 tbspoil

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven at 250° for 2o minutes.in a bowl put the chicken add all the spices,salt,ginger garlic paste,chilli powder, food colour, lemon juice then mix until well combined,cover and put it aside for 25 minutes

    As for the second marination,in another bowl put your oil,add red chilli powder,a pinch of red food colour and buttermilk then mix well and put the marinated chicken in and mix well again then keep it for 40 minutes

    Bake at 180° for 55 minutes in an aluminium foil.ENJOY
