Steps

In a pan heat 1 spoon ghee and add cashews and raisens. Roast well and keep aside

Add 1 more spoon ghee and add peas and culiflower.

Mix ghee in cauliflower and cover with lid till soften.

When cooked keep it aside.

Add 1 more spoon ghee and add finely chopped onion.

Roast till golden brown.

Heat rest of the ghee in pan and add cloves, black pepper, bay leaf and star anise. Roast well.

Add cumin seeds and asefoetida.

Now add roasted cashews, raisins, cauliflower and peas.

Add salt and sugar and mix well.

Now add boiled rice and mix well.

Cover with lid for 2-3 minutes.

Turn off the flame and mix again.

Serve hot.
