Ingredients

  • 200 gsarsaw ke sag
  • 100 gbathua
  • 100 gpalak
  • 1 tsptermaric powder (optional)
  • 4pie onion chopped
  • 1 tspginger chopped
  • 2 tspgarlic grated
  • 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 11/2 tspkali mirch powder
  • 1/4 tspcumin
  • 70 gbutter or misterd oil
  • 3 piecehari mirch chopped
  • 11/2 tspRed chilli powder powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker put on flame add all sag cook around 4 vessel after cooldown massed it masser.

  2. 2

    Now, heat a pan add butter,garlic,hari mirch cumin seeds saute few min add onion salt saute semi brown add cumin powder black pepper powder,lal mirch powder saute few min add massed sag cook 4 to 5 min.
