Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1Canned Sardines *about 100g
  2. 1/2 teaspoonGrated Fresh Ginger
  3. 1/2 teaspoonChilli Garlic Sauce OR Toban Djan (Chili Bean Sauce)
  4. 2 teaspoonsSoy Sauce
  5. 1Spring Onion *finely chopped
  6. 1/2Nori Sheet *torn into small pieces
  7. 1/2 teaspoonToasted Sesame Seeds
  8. 1serving Cooked Rice

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain the canned Sardines and place them in a bowl. Add Ginger, Chilli Garlic Sauce, Soy Sauce and Spring onion, and mix to combine.

  2. 2

    Half fill a bowl with Freshly Cooked Rice or warmed cooked rice, and cover it with the sardine mixture. Place Nori and Toasted Sesame Seeds on top, and enjoy.
