Add little bit water to gram flour. Mix well add more water to make medium batter.

Add oil to the batter. Mix well and keep aside with lid for 10 minutes

Again mix. Boil oil in a pan. Pour

Mixture through the spatula. Fry until brown. Then make syrup of sugar.

Pour fried boondi into the syrup.

Wait1 hour. Boondi is ready.
