Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBesan
  2. 1/2 cupCurd
  3. 1-2Chopped green chillies
  4. 1 tbspchopped green onions
  5. somecoriander leaves
  6. 1 tbspchopped green cloves
  7. 1 tsp chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. as requiredchat masala
  10. to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingrediants make the batter.

  2. 2

    If necessary add little water

  3. 3

    Make chilla in frying pan. Crisp it from both the sides with help of oil.
