Ingredients

  • 50 gmsmaida
  • 50 gmssugar
  • 20 gmscocoa powder
  • 90 gmscurd
  • 35 gmsoil
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • 1-2 tsp milk
  • for garnishingChocolate sauce or sprinklers

Steps

  1. 1

    Add curd, sugar & oil, vanilla essence in a bowl, mix well until well incorporated.

  2. 2

    Take another bowl, sift maida, cocoa powder, baking powder & soda in bowl.

  3. 3

    Preheat your oven at 180 c or line your tin with butter paper & oil.

  4. 4

    Incorporate maida mix & curd mix with each other until ribbon consistency or adjust the consistency with milk.

  5. 5

    Pour the batter into tin & bake at 180c for 25 to 30 mins or until done.

  6. 6

    After done cool the cake & remove out in a plate.

  7. 7

    Drizzle some chocolate sauce or sprinklers on top.

  8. 8

    Your chocolate bundt cake is ready.
