  • 1 cupbesan
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspamchur
  • 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  • as neededOil to fry
  • as neededWater

Steps

    Cut bread slices into halves

  2. 2

    Make batter of dropping consistency by mixing besan, spices and water

  3. 3

    Heat oil in a wok and dip bread in besan batter and deep fry till golden brown
