Ingredients

  • 4 piecessaralputi machh
  • 2 tspmustard paste
  • 1 tsppoppy seed paste
  • 1 pinchnigella seeds
  • 2green chillies
  • As neededsalt
  • As neededturmeric powder
  • As neededkashmiri mirch powder
  • As neededmustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the fish with salt and turmeric powder for sometime.

  2. 2

    Take a pan, put mustard oil in it and deep fry the fish.

  3. 3

    In that oil, put a pinch of nigella seeds, green chillies, little water, mustard - poppy seeds paste, salt, turmeric powder and kashmiri mirch powder and stir well

  4. 4

    Now, put one by one all pieces of fish and let it get cooked for sometime.

  5. 5

    Put off the gas oven and put 1 tsp of mustard oil over it and it's ready.
