Ingredients

  • 300 gmtomato
  • 1 cupdates deseeded
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil and add the tomato

  2. 2

    Add salt and turmeric

  3. 3

    As the tomato get soft add dates and cover

  4. 4

    Finally add sugar and raisins and switch off

  5. 5

    Serve it cool
