Firstly wash and cut veg(potatoes,gwar, cauliflower bee) and boil fr 5 to 10 mins,bt bee should be boil separatelyfr at least 4 to 5 whistle in cooker

In a big Sepri ya big cooker, Put oil,whn heating put pieces of green chillies,when it's litte brown,put mustard seeds and jeera and thn put Besan, spoon by spoon,go on stirring till it becomes brown and col,thn put litte Red chilli powder,than put little water,thn put tomatoes puree and put all vegs and thn put all Masala (haldi and grated Ginger) and put salt

Close the cooler fr 2 whistle and after thn put bheedi and brinjal and again fr few minutes

Lastly granish with coriander leaves and serve hot with yellow Rice and Pav and roasted papad
