I fry my fish this way so it won't scatter before am done.

Wash fish thoroughly and put in a bowl.

Sprinkle salt and add seasoning.

Turn well and keep aside for five minutes.

Put oil in pan and allow to heat then one at a time add fish.

Leave for some minutes then turn to the other side and fry, fry until firm and golden brown.

It can be served with any soup or eaten on its own.
