Take abesan in a bowl chopped Methi wash properly and add. Add ginger chilli paste asofoetida sugar turmeric powder mix well and make batter almost 3/4cup.

Now put tawa on flame and spread 1t.spoon oil and pour batter with spoon and spread with spetula.spread oil if need. Roast on both side on mid.slow flame.

Tasty besan chilla is ready to serve. Serve with lemon turmeric chilli fresh acchhar.
