Steps

Make a dosa batter consistency by mixing besan, baking soda and yellow food colour and needed water

Now take a kadai with oil for frying and keep it in medium heat

Take a perforated ladle to make boondis

And pour the handful batter on the perforated ladle and spread over, you can see batter falling down, fry them until they are soft

And drain it from oil and keep aside

Take a saucepan to prepare sugar syrup

Add sugar and water in the saucepan and heat them to single string consistency

After that add cardamom powder and drops of yellow food colour and rose essence and switch off the heat

Take the boondis and add cashews raisins and ghee and cloves and mix well

Then pour the sugar syrup into the boondis and mix well and let it to rest for 5 minutes

And then form shapes of ladoo from the mixture
