Steps

Take a vessel and ready batter with water keep aside

Now cut slices of cucumber and tomato and onion

Take a plate arrange buiscuits and spread green chutney

Now place slices on it turn by turn then grate cheese on biscuit and cover another buicuit

Then deep in batter of besan and fry on medium flame

Ready to serve pakoda with tomato ketchup or chutney.
