The list of mixed beans in english Red bean 紅豆
Green bean 綠豆
Purple Haricot 眉豆
Chickpeas 三角豆
Red Kidney beans 紅腰豆 Pearl Barley 洋薏米 Soak beans 3 hrs in hot water. If you add dried tingerine soak it for 15 mins and strape the inside abit before adding to pot.

Sago cook 10 mins rinse well until cold.

1 part beans : 4 part water. High heat when boiling switch low heat boil 2 hrs, stir every 30 mins incase stick to pot. (if too sticky add hot water), add sliced sugar until melt together with the sago in the last 10mins. Taste test add more sugar slice if needed. Served hot or cold. Done!
