Steps

Wash green methi, dry it & cut it.

Take a big plate add green methi, salt, turmeric powder, baking soda, lemon juice, besan & wheat flour.

Make a tight dough of it.

Make rolls of the dough and put it on the strainer to boil it.

When you want to serve fried it in oil, sesame seeds rai & curry patta.

Decorate with hara dhaniya & coconut powder.
- 7
Serve it.
