Steam the meat with season cubes, salt and magic seasoning and onions and cook still the meat is soft.

In another pot wash and cook the rice.

In an empty pot put groundnut oil when hot, add onions to fry for 30 seconds then pour the blended tomatoes/pepper to fry together.

Fry for 1 hour then add your steamed meat and the stock, seasoning cubes and salt, stir all together and fry for 20minutes. Your stew is ready. Serve with your rice.
