Wash the peanuts and salt.

Place on a try in the lower rack in the oven. At 100 degrees
3

Let it roast while turning ocassionally with a wooden spoon.
4

When ready, cool and place in an airtight container to avoid it absorbing moisture.
5

Enjoy as a snack.
