Wash and peel baby potatoes.prick them or tooth pick to ensure they get cooked from inside as well

Boil in pressure cooker with enough water keep aside

Now we make gravy for dum aloo take tomato and onion and cashews grind smooth paste

Heat pan put oil now we just fry baby potatoes first keep aside

Now fry gravy add paste and saute well add salt and curd stir continue

Add garam Masala and kasuri methi and then add potatoes

Cook on low flame for 10 mints

Ready to serve with rice, rotis and paratha papad..
