Ingredients

  1. 4potatoes medium size
  2. 4 tspMaida
  3. Halfcup vermicelli
  4. 2 Tspginger garlic paste
  5. 1 tspbeet root juice
  6. 1 tspChilli powder
  7. 1 pinchCumin seeds
  8. 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  9. 1/2 tspAamchur powder
  10. 1/4 tspcoriander seeds
  11. Salt as taste
  12. FOR Orange sauce
  13. 2orange juice
  14. 1/2 cupsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes and mash them.

  2. 2

    Add ginger garlic paste,salt,chilli,Aamchur powder,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,Garam masala powder and mix it well.

    Now,in one bowl take maida and beetroot juice,if it is needed add little water.

  4. 4

    Now,make the cutlets of Potato mixture.Roll over vermicelli and dip in Maida batter.

  5. 5

    Heat the oil in kadahi and deep fry all the cutlets.

  6. 6

    For orange sauce,boil the orange juice for 5 minutes and add sugar in it.Mix it well untill sugar melts.

  7. 7

    Serve the hot cutlets with orange sauce.
