Boil the potatoes and mash them.

Add ginger garlic paste,salt,chilli,Aamchur powder,coriander seeds,cumin seeds,Garam masala powder and mix it well.

Now,in one bowl take maida and beetroot juice,if it is needed add little water.

Now,make the cutlets of Potato mixture.Roll over vermicelli and dip in Maida batter.

Heat the oil in kadahi and deep fry all the cutlets.

For orange sauce,boil the orange juice for 5 minutes and add sugar in it.Mix it well untill sugar melts.

Serve the hot cutlets with orange sauce.
