Ingredients

  • 2 cupboiled noodles
  • 1onion sliced
  • 1 cupcabbage sliced
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 1 inchGinger chopped
  • 1 cupcapsicum slice
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspajinomoto
  • Oil for cooking
  • 2 tspvinegar
  • 1 tspsoy sauce (more if u like more colour)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add 3-4 tbsp oil

  2. 2

    Heat the pan add green chillies, ginger saute for 2 min

  3. 3

    Add onion, capsicum saute for 1 minutes

  4. 4

    Add cabbage saute for 2 minutes

  5. 5

    Add salt, pepper,chill powder

  6. 6

    Mix. It add boiled noodles and give a toss

  7. 7

    Add vinegar,soy sauce and stir it

  8. 8

    Ready to serve
