Wash the liver and prepare.allow the water to drain.sprinkle some vegetable oil on top,add the seasoning, spices,mix to combine.stir in the chopped or grated scotch bonnet and onions.add a tablespoon full of water and mix well. Transfer onto a baking tray or in a foil paper and bake. Enjoy.
