Plantain
Carrot
Onions
Spices and seasoning plus a little oil for frying

Parboil rice with beef stock and set aside

Put a little oil in the pot and fry onions,carrots and add seasoning and spices,add in the rice and stir till well mixed with ingredients.

Chop your plantain and fry as well.serve rice with plantain and enjoy.
