Ingredients

  • 1 kggrated carrot
  • 1 kgmilk
  • 50 gghee
  • 250 gSugar
  • as neededAlmond and cashew

Steps

  1. 1

    Take ghee in a pan and put grated carrot and saute it for10 minutes

  2. 2

    Now add milk and boil untill it becomes thick or liquid is over

  3. 3

    Add 1 spoon ghee and sugar and stir it till it release oil

  4. 4

    Now add dry fruits..
