Ingredients

  • 1 bowlboiled rice
  • 2 bowlsteamed sprouts(black chana Moong sabut)
  • to taste salt
  • to taste red chilli powder
  • 1 tspchopped garlic
  • 3onion sliced
  • 1 tspcuminseeds
  • 1/2 tsp biryani masala
  • 2 tspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a wok add oil then oil heat add cuminseeds crackle then add garlic saute add sliced onion saute till pinkish colour then add salt,chilli,garam masala mix.

    Then add steamed sprouts mix saute few seconds.

    Then add boiled rice mix and stir for 2 minutes.

    Serve sprouts rice.
