Heat water, ghee and sugar in deep heavy bottom pan at medium - low flame till sugar dissolve. Mix all masala except nutmeg, mace batrisu powder stir for 5-7 minutes.

Add dates and khoya for 5-7 minutes stir constantly now add milk mix and stir constantly till it releases ghee (it will take approximately 20-25 minutes) now mix nutmeg, mace and batrisu powder. Transfer into greased plate let it cool for 1 day. Heat 100 gms ghee spread on salampaak cool it for 2 hours, garnish with pistachio and serve.
