Ingredients

15 mins
  • 500 gAll purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupdry Fenugreek Leaves
  • 1 tbspcelery seeds (ajwain)
  • 1 tbspRed chilli Powder
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • to tastesalt
  • Pinchsoda bi-carbonate
  • 1 Tbspginger garlic chilli paste
  • oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all above ingredients with adding little oil and make a dough (tight but not hard)

  2. 2

    Make chapatis from it nd cut them in desirable pieces. Do not cut them to small.

  3. 3

    Heat up the oil nd keep it on low to medium flame.. fry pieces until it get golden. Eat it with tea as a snacks
