500 gAll purpose flour
1/2 cupdry Fenugreek Leaves
1 tbspcelery seeds (ajwain)
1 tbspRed chilli Powder
1 tspTurmeric
to tastesalt
Pinchsoda bi-carbonate
1 Tbspginger garlic chilli paste
oil

Mix all above ingredients with adding little oil and make a dough (tight but not hard)

Make chapatis from it nd cut them in desirable pieces. Do not cut them to small.

Heat up the oil nd keep it on low to medium flame.. fry pieces until it get golden. Eat it with tea as a snacks
