Sift the two types of flour with the baking powder. Stir with a spoon to distribute evenly. Beat the oil with the sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one by one to integrate easily. Add the pineapple juice, vanilla, and flour while continuing to beat until everything is well combined.

Grease the pan (with either butter or oil), flour it, and sprinkle with brown sugar.

Place the pineapple slices and cherries.

Pour the mixture and bake at 355°F for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. It depends on your oven. Let cool, remove from the oven, and serve. And it's ready to enjoy!
